The objective of our field programs is to show, in a tangible way, the federating, educational and social impact of sport. Peace and Sport’s expertise has been progressively built over the years through practice on the ground in a variety of different contexts and complex situations.
We position ourselves as providing a support role for national and international stakeholders, helping them to develop their projects focussed on using sport for education, integration and socialization.
This is done through:
- Technical support
- Institutional support
- Financial support
- Capacity building
- Providing teaching aids
- Coordinating different stakeholders and putting them in contact with each other
These combined actions are done in complement with raising awareness amongst international decision-makers about the role that sport can play to tackle social issues.
