The #WhiteCard campaign
For over 10 years, the #WhiteCard has been the symbol of peace through sport.
On the occasion of the International Day of Sport for Development and Peace on April 6, it mobilizes each year Champions for Peace, decision-makers, international organizations, and civil society around a shared message of inclusion, hope, and solidarity.
More than a gesture, the #WhiteCard embodies a global movement that promotes sport as a tool for building a culture of peace.

On the occasion of the International Day of Sport for Development and Peace – celebrated on April 6 – Peace and Sport calls on the international community to mobilise and raise a #WhiteCard.

Beyond the field, sport acts as a school for life. It equips us with essential values – empathy, resilience, and cooperation – that build the foundation of respectful societies. All over the world, children face threats to their education, safety, and development.
