Biography / Awards
Born on the high plains of Kenya, for many Wilson Kipketer is the best athlete in the history of the double track. His world record remained undefeated for 13 years before being beaten by David Rudisha. Now retired, he’s involved in business development in his home community. Olympian – Olympic medalist; World Champion – 1995 – 1997 – 1999; European Champion – 2002.
