Biography / Awards
Olympic Champion of the 1,500m in the Sydney Games in 2000, Nouri fights on a daily basis for the rights of women in her country and serves on the Algerian National Olympic and Sports Committee. She is the ambassador for an all-women’s race in Alger and she’s also a member of the Algerian Olympic Committee. –Olympic champion.
