Biography / Awards
Mariana Pajon has been riding BMX since she was a child. Starting out as a gymnast, she then discovered a passion for BMX, and over the course of her career became one of the best of her generation. She racked up a string of victories and titles: Olympic medals, world titles, becoming world number 1 in 2011. For several years now, she has been working in Colombia, using sport as a vehicle for social cohesion.
