Make the change through Sambo and solidarity!

On the occasion of the first World Beach Sambo Championships, taking place on 28 – 29 August in Larnaca, Cyprus, you and athletes, officials and fans are encouraged to make a concrete action of solidarity and become change-makers!

The first World Beach Sambo Championships will be more than a competition. It will be a celebration of diversity, equality and cooperation. A chance to bring individuals and athletes from different countries together after challenging times. A new beginning and an opportunity to inspire and unite through sport, and to leave a sustainable legacy in cooperation with Champions for Peace!

By making a donation for Peace and Sport’s PeaceMakers project, you and the Sambo community can directly contribute to support vulnerable communities, through sport.

This charity initiative is also a way to highlight that sport goes beyond performances, and focuses on positive values that are an essential part of Sambo: respect, friendship and inclusion.

Such values are also at the heart of Peace and Sport’s field programs. Your donation and all funds collected will support the PeaceMakers project, teaching the positive values of sport to disadvantaged children around the world.
