The creation of the visionary Peace and Sport Dubai Forum was made possible thanks to the sound partnership between Peace and Sport and the Dubai Sports Council, which have been collaborating since 2012 in a move to build an long-lasting regional legacy and send an inspiring message to the rising Peace through Sport Movement in the MENA.

The groundbreaking Peace and Sport Dubai Forum will focus on the themes of sustainable peace through sport policies, the importance of sport at the service of the societies and the challenges faced by communities locally.

Two days of extensive debates and exchanges will allow creating a unique collaborative platform that will help fostering youth education, inter-community dialogue and social unity through sport. The activities will include workshops, case studies and detailed discussions, as well as plenary sessions that will give a broader insight of the challenges in these areas.

The guests and attendees of the Peace and Sport Dubai Forum 2013 will also be provided with high-standard networking initiatives, giving them unique opportunities to exchange experiences and appreciate the diversity of the movement.

The Peace and Sport Dubai Forum 2013 aims at opening regionally-focused dialogue uniting political, economic, and sports actors of the MENA region.
