TERMS AND CONDITIONS
 
1) Meals: the package "Forum + Catering" gives access to the Welcome Cocktail Reception and Dinner on Wednesday 25 November as well as to lunches on Thursday 26 and Friday 27 November.
2) Cancellations: All hotel reservations must be cancelled at least 3 days before arrival date, otherwise they will be invoiced.
3) Insurance: it is the responsibility of delegates, their partners and their colleagues to take out appropriate insurance for personal and third-party liability, health cover and accidents.
The Forum does not take any responsibility for travel to and from the Forum or as part of the Forum itself, nor for participation at the Forum and staying in Monaco or the surrounding area.
4) Jurisdiction: Only the law of the Principality of Monaco shall be applicable in case of dispute and the Principality's courts the only competent courts.
